The Oklahoma Rifle Association requests your support of Representative Hardin’s HB 4120. This bill cuts unnecessary red tape and streamlines C.L.E.E.T.’s issuing and renewal process for identification cards that allow qualified retired officers to carry a firearm throughout Oklahoma. HB 4120 does not expand or make any other changes to existing law.
