The Oklahoma Rifle Association (ORA) is pleased to welcome the Honorable Kevin Wallace as the newly elected Vice President of the ORA.
Mr. Wallace, a life member of the NRA and ORA, lives in Wellston with his wife. He is a life-long Oklahoman who brings a long list of experience and accomplishments to the ORA including ten years of public service as the House Representative for Oklahoma District 32. He is also a successful businessman and in addition to his commercial ventures, consults in government relations, economic development, and state incentives with his firm, Executive Strategy Consultants, LLC. Furthermore, Mr. Wallace served on multiple committees including the Oklahoma and National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Whitetails of Oklahoma, North American Deer Registry, and Sportsmen’s Fund Inc. Not only is Mr. Wallace an advocate for hunting and conservation, but as a hunter himself, has passed on this legacy to his children.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to have Kevin’s extensive leadership as a Second Amendment champion and sportsman as Vice President for the Oklahoma Rifle Association. As a state representative he was responsible for numerous legislative initiatives that protected Oklahoman’s Second Amendment rights. Kevin also represents other vital areas of the ORA’s mission to support Oklahoma hunters and sportsmen” said ORA President and NRA Vice President Mark Vaughan.
“Kevin Wallace has stood by NRA’s side and helped lead the fight to protect our freedom as a state legislator,” said NRA Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President Doug Hamlin. “NRA has affiliated state associations across the country working together, and the Oklahoma Rifle Association is one of the most effective. Kevin Wallace will bring his considerable leadership and experience to benefit NRA members and the shooting community in Oklahoma.”
The Oklahoma Rifle Association was founded in 1927 and has served Oklahoma Gun Owners for nearly a century with support for the shooting sports, advocacy, community, and commerce in Oklahoma. The ORA is the only NRA State Association for Oklahoma, with many of its members serving at a national level with the NRA.
